Types of Shin Guards
Stiff shin guards without foot guard
They have rigid padding and they do not have foot protection, guaranteeing less protection but greater mobility of the latter.
Stiff shin guards with foot guard
They have rigid padding on both the tibia and the foot, guaranteeing total protection.
Soft sock shin guards
They are made of stretch fabric and are worn just like a sock, the padding is less thick and not stiff, ensuring maximum mobility, which is necessary, for example, in MMA practice.
How to choose the size
In height they must reach just below the knee, and cover almost the entire foot, at the same time they must be tight enough not to turn on themselves, and at the same time not be too tight.
