It is externally covered in genuine cowhide to last over the years and with an ad hoc design to ensure wide protection of the cheekbones without bothering the nose and without reducing visibility, thanks to the enlarged eye slit. The double lace closure allows it to fit like a glove as it is adjustable both above and behind the head.
