The return is possible, totally free of charge, without specifying the reason and without any penalty within 30 days.

Our policy provides that: The Customer, where entitled as a consumer pursuant to and by effect of (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 "Consumer Code" )., can withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 working days from receipt of the goods, extended by our company to 30 days . The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written communication via e-mail to Ventura Sports di Ernesto Caso at the address info@venturasporting.com.

If the product has shape defects, wrong size or colour, damage or damaged parts, the buyer has 3 days to contact Ventura Sports by Ernesto Caso at the e-mail address info@venturasporting.com. The company undertakes to cover the return costs, and the buyer can decide for the replacement or full refund of the order, including any shipping costs.

In order for it to be eligible for return, the goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging). It must also be in its original packaging.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

*In case the buyer decides to keep items received with defects in shape, size or wrong color, damage or damaged parts.
* Any item that, once received back from Ventura Sports by Ernesto Caso . is not in its original state, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not attributable to our error.

After 30 days from receipt of the purchase, the goods cannot be returned but only replaced under warranty. Furthermore, if it turns out to be out of production, so that replacement is not possible, we undertake to make a full refund of the price paid at the time of the order after receiving proof of purchase from the buyer.


Once the return has been received and inspected to verify that the condition of the goods is like new , the refund (equal to the price paid including shipping) will be processed and will be automatically issued within 48 hours. A credit will be applied to your card or original payment method. The times will vary according to the payment method used by the customer.

Late or outstanding refunds:
If you still haven't received a refund, we recommend that you double check your bank account, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally posted.
There is often some processing time for posting a refund.

Loss of the return by the courier:

It could happen that during the transport of the return the goods are lost. In this case, both within 30 days of receipt and for the replacement under warranty after 30 days, we undertake to issue a full refund of shipping costs.
